The job was to prepare them for the roles they were about the take on and for their positions in the national board to ensure that the organization was in the right hands. This includes training the candidates and testing them, to see if they would be fit for the role.One of the more festive parts of the role, was to organize the annual award show, where we acknowledge and celebrate the best events, meetings and people from the previous year. The tasks included arranging the show (which was online due to Covid), motivating people to send in applications for the awards, recruiting judges to read the applications and finding a team that would help run the awardshow. -
