I was part of the strategy group that designed the strategy for JCI Denmark for 2018-2021. My role was to help plan the sessions for the group, give inputs on the process and contribute with my experience from the organization and from my job. I was the right hand for the manager of the strategy group and was his sparring partner throughout the process.
