SMG is UK (60%) and Kazakhstan (40%) joint venture focusing on mining projects in gold, copper and lithium in Kazakhstan. I provide comprehensive support to the management and execution of projects across the corporate group:- Ensured transparent and effective communication across diverse departments being key liaison for international partners and government ministries and demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.- Successfully initiated direct communication with over 20 international mining companies, ultimately leading to a UK-based company's $2 mln initial investment in a gold project in Kazakhstan. - I lead the process of creating new reports to consistently update our partners and government ministry.

- Completed 9 projects on Real Estate valuation with a total value of more than $10 mln. in 6 months- Led a team of 4 executives in valuation of Fixed Assets in one of the largest oil and gas companies with market cap of $14,8 bln in Kazakhstan.- Forecasted future cash flows for the given asset using DCF models

- Developed company strategy and necessary investments to implement the strategy in the next 2 to 20 years for Almaty region. Increasing the investments to Almaty 10 times in comparison with the previous year. - Presented monthly marketing reports to the shareholders of the holding, held 2 business breakfasts and attracted over $1,5 mln investments.- Implemented Kaizen LEAN principles to enhance company processes, including the creation of QlikView dashboards for improved data visualization and decision-making. Which has resulted in more transparent and efficient decision making when buying land plots, decreasing the number of required board meetings from 4-6 to 2.- Conducted market volume analysis and generated forecasts, encompassing market prices and property cycles, to prepare comprehensive materials for presentation to government officials, including mayors and the Prime Minister. This has resulted in increased government subsidized mortgage program for Almaty city.- Conducted market analysis in Tashkent and Shymkent, involving regular monthly business trips for data collection and insights generation. This has resulted in entering BI Group into Tashkent and Shymken and starting their first projects in half a year after analysis.

- Examined and analyzed Architecture Firms’ Project Proposals (RFPs).- Analysis along with the Presentation (based on analysis and excel) went through to the Development Manager and other senior staff.- Prepared report on Modular Construction for Commercial Buildings in the UK and Europe

Society has over 1000 members. Duties • Setting the agenda for the year, hence allowing me to develop strategic thinking.• Overall running of the society, improving my organizational skills.• Training and coordinating executive team. Developing my leadership and persuasion skills. • Organise conference with key political figures from Kazakhstan. Such as Vice-Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and Ambassador of Kazakhstan in UK. Attendance of over 200 people. As a result I have gained the experience of attracting high profile speakers and organising major events with their involvement.
