As a Registration Coordinator at Liberty Staffing Services, I am the first point of contact for visitors in theoffice, and for phone calls. I greet, schedule, and set up the registration process for job seekers in-person and over the phone. Providing excellent customer service, I assist clients and job seekers in apolite, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. My workday includes answering a multi-line phone system,and entering data into Liberty Staffing’s recruitment database. Working with our recruitment team, Imake sure that our job seekers are fully registered with us, so that we can place them out to work assoon as possible. I also handle other administrative tasks, and assisting with miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
