Messaging Sustainability is complex which means that keeping everyone in the organisation on the same page is critical. I work with clients to develop the resources they need to ensure that their messaging is accurate, transparent, evidential, and engaging. Engagement strategy Engagement doesn’t happen by accident. I work with clients to develop detailed stakeholder engagement strategies that are aligned to corporate objectives. With over 20 years of experience in sustainability communication, both in-house and in consultancy, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with trying to drive purpose-led change within organisations. Before starting my consulting business in 2013, I was the strategic communications lead for BT Group Plc. where I was responsible for driving the company's reputation as a global leader in responsible and sustainable business. I work with organisations of all sizes, across multiple sectors, both independently and through selected consultancies including, One Stone, Motive, Simply Sustainable, Humankind, and Organisational Alchemy. As a fiction author in my spare time, I understand the power and structure of story and use these skills frequently when designing engagement campaigns.
