The role of the Manager, Construction Subcontracts is to manage and lead all Davis-Baconconstruction subcontract activities, beginning with delivery method recommendations based upon project needs, subcontract formation evaluation and development, administration of the Lump Sum Subcontract Program, the Unit Price Subcontractor Program along with daily management of all construction Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) Leads and STR subordinates.Provide functional management of the in-field subcontracts program, ensuring procedure compliance, and strict adherence to the Construction Document (CD) requirements to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective work execution to support the project cost, schedule and technical baselines. While providing clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, internal and external.• Provides and facilitates an environment that fosters and promotes excellence in subcontracting through positive Contractor/Subcontractor relationships. • Acts as the primary interface with internal and external organizations for subcontract performance.• Provides functional direction for resource management, technical guidance, and process improvement for personnel providing oversight of work performed by subcontractors.• Manages a comprehensive program of administrative, safety, technical, cost, schedule and contractual performance issues.

Manage the planning, scheduling, cost, safety, quality and provide technical field support for construction projects and maintenance work activities. Provide overall leadership and management to the Project Team to insure integration of design engineering, construction engineering and field implementation with the highest level of worker, facility and community safety in a nuclear and radiological environment.
