- Provided college access and student financial aid information to school communities at large through classroom presentations, parent nights, instructional handouts, posters, and morning announcements - Arranged over 400 individual meetings per year with students and parents to explore colleges and careers, identify personal strengths and goals, establish contact with colleges, register and prepare for the SAT and ACT, complete admission applications, and apply for student aid (FAFSA) -Organized 30+ admission representatives from technical schools, community colleges, and four-year colleges to visit.- Toured over a dozen college campuses with groups of students and helped students arrange individual visits- Coordinated and led Decision Day events to honor college-bound seniors with a raffle of college materials- Maintained detailed qualitative analysis and quantitative records for the regional organization and the national office through daily journals as well as GRACE, a comprehensive database system, and weekly KPI reports- Assisted students with over 240 college applications per year.- Initiated advertising, recruiting, and outreach efforts to solicit student and family attendance and involvement in planned events.
