As an operations and administration professional I have extensive experience in a variety of industries with a strong business background. Since 2020 I have been focusing my talents on government administration. My dream job would have enough components that each day would bring different challenges allowing me to collaborate with multiple teams to improve project outcomes and efficiencies while cutting costs and minimizing waste.My core competencies include strategic project planning & implementation, leadership development, staff & volunteer oversight, communications, marketing, safety policy development, training & education, stakeholder relations, advocacy, diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace, and workshop facilitation. Of all the skills I have developed and honed in my career I am most passionate about improving service standards by engaging with all stakeholders with a collaborative mentality to find the challenges in operations and develop plans to successfully surpass obstacles. Many of the keys to meeting challenges I learned growing up in the Midwest...always treat others the way that you would like to be treated, listen deeply before you speak, and put your energy towards solving problems together!
