My Responsibility is :a. Corporate Engineering Department - Review and Develop for new capacity expansion ( New Plant and New Machine) - Implement TPM dan Lean System (since Jul 2010) - Review and Develop the existing machine for increase productivity - Review Engineering Cost - Support the R&D to develop the new product with precise process and machine.b. Review and Implement SHE systemc. Review and Implement Packaging Development System

My Responsibility is :a. With Technical in factory (Business Unit) - Review and Develop the machine productivity - Monitoring the engineering Project like installment for new machine. - Searching and Review the Technology to implement in the manufacture - Review the implementation for Maintenance Procedure and Report. - Create management spare part system.b. With R&D Division : - Searching and analyze the new technology for new Product - Support the R&D to develop the new product with precise process and machine.c. Develop the system which is support the Management Goal (TQM goal) by maintenance system.

My Responsibility is to Manage Toothbrush Business Unit which is includinga. Factory : Daily operation from Production, PPIC, Technical, QC, HR and new project.b. Marketing : made and review the marketing target, review marketing activity (BTL & ATL) and marketing expensesc. Finance : Review the financing aspect like Income Statement, Cash Flow & Balance Sheet. d. Logistic : Review the realization of delivery area and safety stock for Finish Good.e. Legal : Working together if there is job must involve the legal aspect like BPOM, employee legality.f. HRD : work together to create career path, review organization structure and cost/benefitg. Purchasing : working together with purchasing to find good supplier and dealing with good term of payment.

My Responsibility as Plant Manager of Toothbrush Division is :a. Production : Review report base on production : Productivity, efficiency, target realizationb. PPIC : Review and made production plan base on demand, also manage the inventory stock for Finish good and raw materialc. Technical : Review the maintenance report including down time and expensesd. Quality Control : Review the quality report which is includes incoming material until fish good product and quality improvement.e. Human Resources : Review the employee issue and number of the employeef. Financing : review the COGS
