Primary role is to design, develop and document Modular housing that is prefabricated within a factory and transported to site.Documentation of residential modular homes from approved concept right through to construction documentation.

Main role is to provide assistance with construction documentation on multi residential projects

Assisting DA documentation:- Researching council DA requirements.- Updating DA condition outlines specific to project.- Shadow Diagrams in Elevation.- Setting up views and layouts.Assisting CC documentation:- BCA Compliance (Travel distances and exits).- General arrangement plans.- Stair and Lift details.- Updating markups.- Calculating ramps slope on gradients for site slopes.- Updating reflected ceiling plans.- dimensioning wall set out.General:- Filing.- Printing.- Answering phone calls.

• Documenting on Mixed-Use, Commercial and Residential projects• Continual development of floor plans, sections and elevations.• Detailing of Sections, Cross-Sections and Elevations.• Implement Sub-Consultant drawings into main documentation.• Participating in design development and collaboration meetings.• 3d site modelling.• Door/Window scheduling.• Bathroom detail.• Reflected ceiling plans. (Lighting and HVAC system)• Updating materials, fixture and colour selections within specification documents per instructions of Senior architects.• Cataloguing superceded drawings and documentation.
