• Manage and coordinate all catering matters including special events with school officials, teachers, parents and vendors for over 1,500 students at many other international schools in Bangkok on a daily basis. Students served range from primary through high school• Resolve any issues within the school community relating to the food service and quality, and work with NIST department heads or other relevant school officials to organize special functions• Publish healthy eating habits and encourage all students to eat a balanced diet have a range of foods• Monitor students’ behaviour and ensure an orderly mealtime service• Assist the Group Executive Chef and Head Chef to create and price all menu options for meals, snack items and special events• Ensured translation accuracies on administration and catering related documentation• Managed and supervised daily operation, identifying any potential issues and report any findings to the immediate manager or school officials• Assist in organizing and managing various student projects and competitions to encourage creativity and teamwork amongst students• Create and present formal progress reports and analysis of any issues (with recommended solutions) for official school meetings to improve service
