Responsibilities included End to End system product testing, Software Upgrade, Manual OAM, Call Processing, Performance Testing and regression testing of Nokia SRAN products• Responsible for learning, understanding and integrating new features into the lab • The project focuses on eNB Testing, log analysis and verification using Wireshark, QXDM tools• Attach procedure/Power on procedure Log Analysis.• Remote support for field engineers on change Requests such as Node B Integration/swap, troubleshooting of alarms in BTS/ Node B / eNodeB of Nokia & Huawei equipment’s for various operators (Orange UK, T-Mobile UK, Hutch UK).• Co-operative fault analysis and resolution with on-site field engineers and contractors. • Ticket creation and liaison with the technical allocation center (TAC) to arrange on-site joint meets between contractors and Ericsson field technicians in Failed planned CRQ’s.• Network fault investigation / Root cause analysis.• Remote commissioning of NodeB & eNB with different configurations.• Preparation of Site Commissioning File (SCF) of Flexi Multi Radio(FMR) NodeB and eNodeB with various hardware configurations according to customer requirement based on datafill & CIQ.• Maintaining network availability on NSN/Ericsson &Samsung equipments by troubleshooting faults.• Remote software upgradation support for NSN BTS,Node-B’s & eNB’s.• Neighbor addition / deletion of Ericsson/NSN & Samsung sites.• Soft decommissioning of 2G and 3G RAN.• Investigating fault tickets to fix the problem.• Analyzing OMS logs.• Remote support on CRQ’s and implementation of CRQ’s under change management process• Conduct PIR (Post Implementation Review) and evaluation.• BSC/RNC health check up's on daily basis.

• Manage the Incidents of all unplanned Network interruptions, • Following incident management protocols and restore services to normal operation as quickly as possible• Sending Notifications for all P0, P1, P2, P3, VIP, Major and Critical to all stakeholders.• Ensuring that the progress of the Major/Critical Incident recovery and all relevant times are documented in the associated Incident Records. • Responsible for all the critical and emergency case handling in the network on end to end.• Attending the daily meetings and ensure all planned events are performed smoothly & resolving issues within the Maintenance window. • Response for all incidents that happened in network and Categorize, Prioritize and Create Incident Ticket according to that.• Run the bridge call for all major and critical incidents with responsible stake holders • Restore normal service operation as soon as possible and minimize the impact on service operations. • Monitoring the High priority tickets and acting accordingly • Follow the ITIL procedure for effective quality delivery and ensuring the restoration of service as per agreed SLA• Sending Communications / Notifications to End users informing them about the Critical/Major/P0/P1/P2/P3 incident and the impact and workaround.• Create Incident ticket and assign to responsible team for identifying RCA• Monitoring Incident Tickets and taking ownership.• Follow-up on all incident with respective teams and resolve the issue within the given SLAActing as single point of escalation for any
