• Co-operative fault analysis and resolution with on-site field engineers and contractors.

• Following incident management protocols and restore services to normal operation as quickly as possible
• Sending Notifications for all P0, P1, P2, P3, VIP, Major and Critical to all stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the progress of the Major/Critical Incident recovery and all relevant times are documented in the associated Incident Records.
• Responsible for all the critical and emergency case handling in the network on end to end.
• Attending the daily meetings and ensure all planned events are performed smoothly & resolving issues within the Maintenance window.
