• Managing and Execution of all BMS/ELV/ICT Projects assigned by Operations GM / Director• A formal project case document transferred from Sales dept. to initiate the project• Responsible for overall project management plan from Initiation to Final Sign-off• Preliminary and Detailed Engineering Design for the Scope of Works• Preparing project initiation documents• Identifying Resource requirements• Meeting with the Contractor and Consultant• Lead a multi-disciplined team of Project Engineers, Technical Team and AutoCAD Designers• Management of Project Team functions• Create ‘Work Breakdown Structure’ (WBS) based on the project• Preparation of Project Cost, Materials, Supply and Project execution Schedules• Ensure Project Team have a clear understanding of the scope and applicable obligations• Close liaison with Contractors, Consultant and Client• Review project Program an update on a regular basis• Identifying, Costing and processing any contract variations• Updating the project plans to include the agreed changes• Monitoring actual expenditure figures against the project budgets.• Manage the downline project team and sub-contractor/Vendor.• Preparing status reports for use in communication to the contractor and consultant• Tracing activities against the detailed project plans• Flawless and profitable project execution in compliance in line with contracts• Review and agree the project measurements, cost assessments and monthly valuations• Resource planning of the project teams and for ensuring effective utilization of manpower• Attends periodic job progress meetings with main contractors and consultants• Communicate project progress and financial status to management• Operation and Maintenance Manual preparation and Approvals• Close out As-Built Drawings Submission and approvals• Upon project completion, ensures successful transition to the client's Operations team and coordinates relevant customer-training requirements

• Supervising Design & Estimation Team for ELV Systems & BMS System• Designing & Estimating technically compliant and commercially feasible solutions on all Security and ELV System & BMS Projects• Responsible for managing the Solution Design Centre Team to develop cost estimates for projects, provide alternate value engineering solutions, submittals, prequalification documents for the Sales Division.• Coordinating with the customers for understanding the requirements & applications at the development stage & accordingly suggesting improvements for the same • Providing in-depth knowledge of company products & solutions of the same to the customers • Designing & offering technically compliant & commercially feasible solutions on all Security and ELV System & BMS Projects • Offering technical support for ELV System & BMS to Sales and After-Sales Team and providing BOQ & proposals • Coordinating with Engineers & other design support personnel for various PCR, on-shore & off-shore projects • Work in close association with specialized team of highly experience discipline Engineers & other design support personnel for the various PCR, on-shore, off-shore projects• Understanding & finalizing the in-depth requirements & format of deliverables• Managing a team of draftsmen and technical assistances to ensure that all designs are as to standards & specifications prior to submission to clients.• Project status reporting to the Sr. Manager

• Contact new potential customers and develop a relationship• Being comfortable and at ease with client & consultants, and armed with product Knowledge. • Meet customers, introduce company products solution and services• Send out introductory letters and make routine follow up to generate inquiries• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders• Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders• Meet customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism, and efficiency• Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation, and project completions• Designing & Estimating technically compliant and commercially feasible solutions on all Security and ELV System & BMS Projects• Coordinating with the customers for understanding the requirements & applications at the development stage & accordingly suggesting improvements for the same • Designing & offering technically compliant & commercially feasible solutions on all Security and ELV System & BMS Projects • Maintained good relations are with consultant, customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels.• Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Sales Manager / Divisional Head.

• Estimation of Integrated Building Management System including but not limited to Building Management systems, ELV Systems, Security, Fire, CCTV, ACS, PAVA, Nurse Call System, ICT, Integrated platform, Command and control, Cabling etc.• Input study, generation of RFI’s, equipment take-off, preparation of IO summary, controller sizing, field device selection, Preparation of BOQ, Costing, Valve selection, VAV & CAV Selection, BTU Meter Selection, cable schedule.• Interact with different vendors to produce Integrated Solution proposal, Propose value / differentiation to customer• Understanding various Layers - Sensor layer, Network Layer, IoT/AI platforms, application layer and adoption layer.Analyzing, Identifying & engaging suitable partners for non-core offerings.• Proposals - Studying specifications and arrive at inclusion/ exclusion list, Technical qualifications/ assumptions/ deviations.• Technical submittals- Preparation of system architecture, floor risers, control schematics, water flow schematic, Air flow schematic, specification compliance etc. as per regional requirements.• Commercial exposure- Vendor identification & management, taxations.• Vendor offer evaluation and understanding / Highlighting the Risks.• Contributing and tracking the regional technical preferences on estimations, awareness of the product ranges, ability to apply knowledge and understanding of products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.• Contribute towards establishing & standardization of new processes for cost optimization & cycle time reduction.• Provide competitive insight from past opportunities and apply "lessons learned" to the assigned opportunities to generate effective counter strategies.• Designing the IBMS, Extra Low Voltage Systems based on the Specification and Drawings• Produce the Estimation for the Selected product based on the Specification and Drawings• Preparing System Integration Drawings using Microsoft Visio Software or AutoCAD
