I am working as a consultant to implement Kheldai Sikdai (Making as a Literacy), an STEAM Education program at Karkhana Samuha, where I provide fun after school sessions at Kathmandu University High School (KUHS).

During my time in Karkhana, my major work was in the Inventory division of the Production and Procurement Committee. There my responsibilities were as follows:- Help to design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures- Prepare a Purchase order and get approval from the Production and Procurement Committee lead- Documentation of invoices, purchase orders, MOUs with materials, and material requisition form-Prepare and handover the material needed for the Internal team - Along with inventory lead examines the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory- Look after packaging of Kits, handling communication with other partiesAlso, I worked in teaching and training in Karkhana, on a committee called Developers of Products and Knowledge (DPK). Some major highlights of my work during my time in DPK are as follows:- Helped in designing training to promote STEAM education in Nepal.- Helped different schools from in and out of Kathmandu valley to set up and run a STEAM makerspace- Taught students from different schools in Nepal basics of electronics, robotics, and other essential STEAM skills-Taught teachers and students different skills like problem-solving, design thinking, and collaboration- Assisted fellow Karkhana members in smoothly running the trainings
