Deliver course content in the Health Services Leadership and Management program. This program targets health providers with diverse backgrounds, looking to develop their leadership and management skills. Currently crafting and delivering the Organizational Behavior classes to professional adult learners.

Provide oversight for Manitoba collection site and laboratory processing facilities. Maintain 20 - 30 locations across Manitoba, with over 5000 patients/day in both urban and rural settings. Lead a management team of 7 direct reports, with responsibility for a team of 400 unionized and non-union staff. Oversight of the COVID19 testing sites, as well as our Dynacare Xray department. Work to improve customer experience, drive workflow efficiencies, and maintain extremely high quality in our work. Improved Net Promoter Score from -44 to +69 in one year, and average wait times from 29min to 11min in the same period.

Oversight of all aspects of the Manitoba Breast Screening Program, including 4 locations and 2 mobile clinics across Manitoba. Responsibility for 40 direct reports, including union members of CUPE and MAHCP. Transformed operating model of the program, increasing patient throughput from 40,000 in 2018 to 50,000+ in 2019, resulting in a reduced wait from 100+ days in 2018 down to <30 days by February 2020. Oversaw staff redeployment during COVID19 operations shutdown.

Responsible for maintaining organizational equipment strategy, defining the requirements for new technology implementations, and lead projects from procurement to clinical implementation. Communicating to key stakeholders, manage the preparation and completion of program projects, oversight of medical devices machine shop, and support the development of clinical innovation to improve patient care and clinical efficiency.

Secondment to CCMB Health Infrastructure Program to manage the repair and re-deployment of mobile breast screening units. Collaborate with equipment manufactures, and build local infrastructure to support the operations of the program.

Manage new technology projects, including implementation of; updates to HDR Brachytherapy, installation of CT Simulator, upgrade to ARIA 13.6 EMR, and installation of TrueBeam accelerator. Lead interdisciplinary team of health care and construction professionals in order to implement new technology in a cost effective and timely manor.

Produce external beam radiotherapy plans for radiation oncology patients. Extensive experience with all aspects of radiotherapy planing including HDR, 3DCRT, IMRT, SBRT, VMAT. Participated in the development of RapidPlan knowledge based planning software for Varian Medical.

Responsible for the classroom and lab training of Radiation Therapy students in Treatment Planning and Dosimetry in accordance with CAMRT competency profile.
