Whether I am managing an entire IT department or simply troubleshooting a printer or program, I take pride in providing as helpful and positive of an interaction as possible.As the former IT Manager at Taber Extrusions, a leading manufacturer of aluminum extrusions, I oversaw and managed the IT environment across two locations (Arkansas/Mississippi), and ensured optimal performance, security, and reliability. I have more than 11 years of professional IT experience, including 6 years in my role at Taber and 3.5 years as the IT Manager at Medical Office Systems, a medical billing company that provided services for clinics and hospitals across the state of Arkansas.My core competencies include network administration, Windows server management, computer hardware support, and general IT troubleshooting and consulting. I also have experience in project management, system migrations/implementations, as well as meeting NIST/DoD level cybersecurity compliance requirements. My educational background is a BS in Information Technology from Arkansas Tech University as well as a BS in Computer Science from Western Governors University.
