Often the solutions necessary to navigate change require technology. However I'm a strong believer that people come first, and then we can talk tech. Yes, I'm a fan of tools like the Microsoft 365 platform -- but again, it's people first, tech second.I've established and headed PMOs. I've led project teams. I've designed and built modern workplace solutions. I'm a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and have received Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. In my past life, I helped organise TEDx events in Christchurch (and one at Scott Base in Antarctica!). And I’m always interested in helping local non-profits and community groups in my spare time.
