This portfolio delivers all technology and operations capabilities for the Global Wholesale Bank (commercial, corporate and investment banking) and our Securities Middle Office and Operations with an annual budget of approximately $1.9b dollars. Additionally, in this role I participate on the Payments Risk Committee working group sponsored by the Federal Reserve Board.

Portfolio Executive leading an effort to close one of Bank of America's 12 largest multi-year audit issues. In this role I led approximately 150 resources across two work teams. One team was focused on audit closure, process re-engineering, training over 8,000 associates to perform the role of Program and Project Management in line with the new audit and regulatory requirements and leaving controls in place that ensure appropriate metric definition and tracking across the entire bank footprint. In addition to leading this team to audit issue closure, this role required me to lead our Enterprise Change Council which consisted of executive representation from every LOB and Technology portfolio in Bank of America. The second team was accountable for application management over eight (8) PMO applications. This technology team delivered quarterly enhancements to help close gaps in the audit issues and deployed a net new .net-based application to cover Portfolio and Program alignment to our technology funding for initiatives.

Approximately $20-30 million in change initiatives were delivered each year to our Banking Centers with another $25 million in change to support non-Banking Center product, segment and channel changes.
