As the house manager for a professional theatre in New Jersey, my duties involve • Organizing and coordinating box office and seat assignments• Running outdoor theatre in the summer• Event planning

• Mixed and served top shelf cocktails along with wonderful French Mediterranean cuisine• Mastered sales pitch for signature cocktails and menu items• Memorized over 100 drink descriptions, including cocktails, wines, beers and spirits• Kept the bar area safe, clean and well-stocked throughout each working shift

Operated as sole bartender and mixed a wide variety of beverages and menu items at a very fast-paced Soho bar.

Procured various cocktails and Asian cuisine.

Served cocktails and food items in a non-stop, fast and community-based establishment.

• Provided high-level customer service as a server at an upscale, fine-dining and high-volume establishment. • Assisted with banquets, event bartending, greeting and seating customers, off-site catering. • Participated in annual Martell's Restaurant event titled, "Meet the Maker." Owners and representatives from Bells, St. Julian, Arcadia, Keweenaw winery, Founders, Grand Traverse, New Holland, etc. provided a lecture regarding their beverage or product. Servers were entitled to sell the drinks on the spot to customers. • Helped organize the collaboration of The WMU Theatre Department and Millennium Restaurant Group by coordinating an audience-interaction performance of Tony N' Tina's Wedding. Proceeds raised money for WMU Theatre and the restaurant company. My position was performer/employee for the duration of the process.My knowledge grew immensely through this experience as I enjoyed the challenge and tastes from all around Michigan.
