Owners and representatives from Bells, St. Julian, Arcadia, Keweenaw winery, Founders, Grand Traverse, New Holland, etc. provided a lecture regarding their beverage or product. Servers were entitled to sell the drinks on the spot to customers. • Helped organize the collaboration of The WMU Theatre Department and Millennium Restaurant Group by coordinating an audience-interaction performance of Tony N' Tina's Wedding. Proceeds raised money for WMU Theatre and the restaurant company. My position was performer/employee for the duration of the process.My knowledge grew immensely through this experience as I enjoyed the challenge and tastes from all around Michigan.
