Select Client Engagements● Design and implement IT project governance and communications structures for modernization projects at the Department of Labor (DOL) and National Science Foundation (NSF). Establish project charters, chair steering committee meetings, support requirements identification and issue adjudication. Lead efforts to identify and prioritize future application functions via the development of conceptual wireframes. Serve as principal business analyst, identify and track risk. ● Lead IT project planning effort to review the legacy IT system and identify critical requirements necessary in a future application.
