Unofficial Reunion was an unofficial gathering of ex-employees of a multi-billion dollar company.It was attended by more than 150 senior managers, and Business people from 70 different companies.As a head organizer, I had to:--Manage end-to-end operations for this event including marketing, logistics, administration and media--Identify partners for the events from each business segment and establish strategic partnership with them--Establish strong relationships with each invitee through personalized communication and seamless execution--Handle all event logistics needs from hotel booking to passes distribution and money collection--Maintain continuous participant engagement through constant Facebook activities and reward--Ensure superior execution of the event and leverage the power of such a network. --Establish 'Unofficial Reunion' as a prototype for an extremely powerful networking event.The event was a huge success and set the foundation for more such events in the future.

As the primary liaison between Business & Tech, worked with project managers across time-zones to ensure projects were on schedule, kept clients up to date on status of the projects and Business up to date on the status of deliveries.
