As a Team Lead at Pearce Services, I am responsible for planning and designing FTTX networks for various clients and projects. I use ArcGIS and other tools to create and optimize network layouts, specifications, and costing. I also coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of FTTX solutions.I have over six years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in optical fiber network operation and maintenance. I have worked with different technologies and equipment, such as SDH, DWDM, OTN, OTDR, MUX, ECI, Ciena, Cisco, and Oracle Database. I have also completed multiple certifications, such as Advanced Telecom (BSNL), Business Etiquette, and Leading Virtual Meetings, to enhance my skills and knowledge. I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. I am passionate about learning new technologies and innovations in the field of FTTX and optical fiber communication.
