Awetelier is an experiential sandbox for catalysing transformation. On a personal level, I work directly with founders, leaders and creative leaders to effect significant personal and professional transformation. On a broader scale, over the last year and a half, Awetelier has created customised experiences for a variety of audiences around concepts of identity-change, business, money, and next-level relating. Each experience, while very different, contains elements of mental models, behaviour change frameworks, myth, alternative paradigms, and narrative change. Drawing from personal practice & sources ranging from Joseph Campbell, Neurolinguistic Programming, Theatre, Daoism, Cybernetics and Psychology, participants enter a world designed to unearth fixed, redundant, and constraining concepts of the Self and structures, and gives them the tools and paradigms to envisage multiple new possibilities.

I research, write, and talk on The Future of Learning & Work. My interest in future-focused upskilling & continuous learning was the basis of my thesis at ITP. I've researched and written about the the Gig economy for print and Digital publications, been invited to talk on the future of employment at the WEF 17's Shaping Davos session in Infosys, spoken at a closed panel on the Future of Learning with visionaries like Nandan Nilekani, and I've researched, scripted and hosted the Future of Work Conference for Factor Daily.
