As the Head of Enterprise Data Management at Maersk, my role encompassed overseeing a comprehensive approach to data handling within the organization.Data Excellence was a core focus area where I worked to establish best practices and standards for data management. This involved implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes. Developing a robust Data Strategy was crucial in aligning data initiatives with business objectives. I collaborated with key stakeholders to define clear goals and roadmap for leveraging data assets effectively. Data Quality was a top priority, and I spearheaded initiatives to ensure that data across the organization was accurate, consistent, and reliable. Establishing strong Data Governance frameworks was essential to govern the lifecycle of data effectively. I defined policies, procedures, and responsibilities to manage data assets securely and compliantly. This approach not only mitigated risks associated with data misuse or loss but also promoted transparency and accountability in data management practices.Data Ethics were critical components of my role, where I prioritized safeguarding sensitive information and upholding ethical standards in data usage. I worked closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that Maersk's data handling practices aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, thereby fostering trust among customers and stakeholders.In summary, my tenure as the Head of Enterprise Data Management at Maersk was marked by a relentless pursuit of data excellence through strategic planning, governance, quality assurance, privacy protection, and ethical data practices.

Corporate transformation of Open Source Solutions by repackaging and adding more value. Global business expansion strategies and implementation. Single-handedly managing entire Mongolia operation. Market, customer and competition research. Create Hypotheses and approve or disapprove based on primary and secondary survey data analysis.

Focus on finding the relationship between psychological stress and basic emotions. After running a primary survey among psychology researchers and after analysis found that the relation between emotion and stress is logarithmic and follows Weber-Fechner law of stimulus

Focus on developing a model to classify emotions from observation sequences in terms of Action Unit (AU) intensities from a facial image based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM) using our proposed classifiers: Emotion Probability Classifier and Facial Action Unit Intensity Classifier, to find a less computation expensive and accurate model for emotion interpretation

Worked on Risk Analysis of ccTLD’s, ICANN policies & DNS Security, Stability and Resiliency (SSR). Mitigation policies of phishing, spam, DOS & DDOS threats.

Successfully completed website on Internet Security risk mapping and time series analysis. Worked on ccTLD risk and policies under the Country Domain Governance Project funded by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).

Successfully completed code changes requested by clients for our on-demand talent management software on JAVASCRIPT and ASP.NET. Tracked and removed potential bugs detected by the testing team using specialized tools known as Authoria Page Designer© and Authoria Tools© and resolved data issues on call: maintained 86% successful resolution throughout. Worked on .NET to Java transition of their current system. Managed training events coordinating with management and hiring renowned trainers for the purpose.

Set up the computer lab with help from the other teaching and non-teaching staff. Effectively taught elementary C programming, Data Structure and Operating Systems in a fun way for beginners.

Processed images for valuation of mortgage property. Effectively reduced process execution time and earned a lot of positive feedback from peers.
