Transplanted these in vitro differentiated hepatocytes into our mouse model.- Initiated & developed non-viral, mRNA based therapeutics in collaboration with Arcturus Rx (PNAS, Feb 2017). - Identified a new class of periportal hepatocytes called Hybrid hepatocytes that repopulate a liver under chronic injury. Also established them to be more resistant to oncogenic transformation.
