The Mongolian proverb “It's better to aim for the sun and land on the moon, than aiming for the roof and landing on the roof” is something I always tell myself. I believe that the meaning of the word "aim" in this proverb is to spend every moment of every day working towards this goal, and this is what I try to do. I graduated Mandakh University in December 2015 as an accountant. Although my major is an accountant, software programming is my passion. For me, the fact that the code that I am typing at that moment becomes something real is a feeling that cannot be compared. I even took coding courses and received a certificate. I was invited to work in 2016 at the petroleum company I am currently employed at. I was given a proposal of leading a billion tugrik project. During the last five years of leading this project, I learned many valuable experiences as well as learning many lessons on communicating with others. I love my job very much, and I believe that the things I do today is a step I take to make my goal come true in the future. Hence, I try to do everything from my heart. My job is to be innovative and creative, and this helps me to use my time productively. I think that every project that is given to me is a tool to become more skilled. As the main project in which I lead was very successful, my company has agreed to fund and help me to develop myself. Never stop trying, Never stop believing, Never Give up, My day will come.
