->Working with supply chain staff to implement cost-saving and continuous Improvement Initiatives. ->Developing, revising and maintaining accurate estimates of labour, tooling and floor space requirements.->Advising on new layout development and plant design.->Developing and executing studies to determine appropriate workflows for staff and materials to enable supply chain processes.->Developing, implementing and monitoring labour standards for all equipment and processes.->Documenting processes through process flow diagrams, charts, PFMEAs etc. ->Developing and maintaining performance dashboards to assess the effectiveness of a given process as well as the effectiveness of a given site.->Assisting management and front line with the interpretation of dashboard data to highlight opportunities for improvement.->Performing work in accordance with the provisions of CBS' Corporate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and ensures that employees are aware of and comply with all Corporate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

2 work terms ( January to April & September to December)Responsibilities: -Carry out studies on production posts using the appropriate methodology;-Propose and implement solutions concerning process optimization and waste elimination.-Simulate a model of the current evacuation circuit of the factory so that endless scenarios can be run through the simulated model before making final decisions in the real world.
