As a salesperson in R-kioski I worked with many different products and services like groceries, cigarettes, parcel services and gamble games of Veikkaus. I always worked alone in kiosk, so I learned to do every task what in small grocery store need to do. I learned cash settlement, more about product layout and the most important learning to solve problems on my own.

My responsibilities in association of economics students in Pori were to improve and protect our students interests regarding studying and education. I disclosed students` standpoint in few working groups, which consist lecturers and people from school´s governing. I also coordinated our tutor action and excursion to abroad.

As a salesperson I learned to serve different customers and I deepen my skills of sales. My responsibility was to attend children`s clothing and shoe department. I did clothing exhibitions and I liked most this visual part of the job as salesperson. I also noticed how significant is to have a functional and uncluttered stock.As a cashier I learned a meaning of smile and politeness. Sometimes I was a only person who customer meet during his shopping and I had a keys to make his day a little better by smiling and wish a nice day. I also learned to solve customer`s problems in a short time and under the pressure.
