As Office Manager, I take care of my team's health and work abilities, work load and co-operation development.Team work and development projects give my work it’s greatest spark. In the past I have run the project that aimed to organise assistant work better for future challenges and that kind of development work continues now at Fingrid. The most rewarding outcome of my work has been to see the power of good co-operation and how things are progressing. Motivating the assistants to always do their best is my main duty.I have Bachelor of Business Administration (HSO) degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. I graduated in 2005 but later furthered my studies with Professional Specialisation Studies in Successful Leadership. My previous work experience ranges from law offices to an IT company and even a big international auditing corporation. In these work places I was worked in various assistant roles.
