We can either make excuses or build momentum for our growth. I have always chosen to build momentum for my growth. In addition, I have always encouraged my peers and acquaintances to build themselves. I have always gone above and beyond believing that it is worth it if it can make others better. My tendency to learn new things helped me to be proficient in Windows Server, Office 365 administration, and Network configuration.To provide a better understanding of my skills, the following are my three major strengths1. System integration and build: One of our clients was operating on their in-house server that was 13 years old and failing all the time. Therefore, a move to Azure cloud was proposed, which is the project I undertook. For that, I came up with a proposal with a hybrid migration plan that detailed each major step for the complete migration. Hence, the client is operating their emails from the Azure cloud. 2. Change management: The hybrid migration failed due to various reasons such as compatibility issues and lack of support for the outdated system. However, every single error was documented while testing the possible solutions with their results. During the resolution, I had to make changes to the original plan and revert back to manual transfer due to compatibility issues. However, the migration was completed successfully without any data loss. 3. Quality management: Regardless of repeated occurrences of predetermined risks such as server failure, data corruption, compatibility issues during the migration. Every step was taken under consultation with the Microsoft support team and my Technical Team manager to ensure that no shortcuts are taken to complete the project on time. That is also one of the reasons for project delivery getting pushed back by two weeks. Despite that, the client was really happy due to minimal issues with the emails after the migration as well as the frequent updates on the progress of the project that I provided.
