Roles and responsibilities:• Setting up Test environments• Requirement analysis, test planning, identifying test scenarios, and creating detailed test cases.• Performing testing activities on new and legacy software solutions developed using .NET framework.- System testing and System integration testing (SIT).- Regression testing at the end of each major release.- Exploratory testing.- Performance Testing and Stress Testing to certify software… Show more Roles and responsibilities:• Setting up Test environments• Requirement analysis, test planning, identifying test scenarios, and creating detailed test cases.• Performing testing activities on new and legacy software solutions developed using .NET framework.- System testing and System integration testing (SIT).- Regression testing at the end of each major release.- Exploratory testing.- Performance Testing and Stress Testing to certify software capabilities.- Conducting hardware integration testing with LPR cameras, Variable Message Signs (VMS), Boom gates, I/O Controllers, Automatic Payment Machines (APM), Exit Columns (EC), Ingenico card payment units, Coin and Notes Machines, Receipt Printers and Arduinos.- Tested .NET Core and React cloud applications hosted on Azure as Kubernetes clusters.- Feasibility testing of third-party systems such as BlueCard parking guidance system for product onboarding.- User acceptance testing (UAT).- Production verification testing (PVT) to ensure deployed software solutions behave as expected.• Log tracking and analysis to validate software workflows and data communication between software entities.• Data verification through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).• Track test results and management of defects using Atlassian JIRA and TestRail.• Perform simulated testing using tools such as Postman, LPR Simulator and SKIDATA simulator.• Back-end system configurations using MSSQL and JSON to support custom software solutions.• Manage documentation on Atlassian Confluence and MS Office products.• Functioning in an Agile software development environment (sprint planning sessions, retros, daily stand ups).• Compiling internal and external-facing documentation such as confluence articles and quick reference guides. • Providing Level 1, 2 and 3 customer support for all clients and mentoring the customer support team.
