Business Development for the online payments business under PayU and PayU Money brands. Focus on compulsive spends in Eastern India.. Drive bank alliances and channel for revenue enhancement. Establish PayU in the Government business space and Education segment in the region.

As a Business Manager looking after sourcing and Ecommerce, I take care of 1. Acquiring new relationships for online card payment and netbanking solutions across East. These solutions are invoice oriented and distinct from online remittances. The target category extends beyond E Commerce companis to Education, Utility and Government segment clients. This is requires a consultative approach from understanding the problem and offering a solution either by suiting "the need to the mill" or by customization (where feasible) 2. Acquiring Retail Merchants from Kolkata area for Point of Sales card acceptance solutions. I am assisted by a team of 12 contractual employees. Role includes generating revenue from acquired merchants and achieving desired profitability from my portfolio.

Main deliverable is ot ensure a seamless credit process for POS transaction Merchants. KRA includes CASA sourcing and approval rates .through KYC checks, adhering to prescribed TAT for account opening as well as credit process, migrating Merchants to direct ceidt modes thus impacitng profitability though float enhancement and operaitonal/logistical savings. In my additional role s Sales Manager for Retail Business, KRA inlcudes generating POS business and ensuring profitability from same, Cross selling of GI and LI and ensure customer service levels.
