Achievements:• Under my leadership a start-up ad agency in 2006, is now ranked in TOP-10 in Russia’s Creative Rating for Branding agency (AKAR-version). http://www.akarussia.ru• Developed and introduced the system of project presentation to client. As a result we experienced a 30 % increase in economy of studio working hours and 50 % increase in clients’ loyalty.• Formed salary plan and employee motivation system in the studio.Key responsibilities:• Leading the team of two creative groups, responsible for all direct marketing and brand advertising.The typical complex included: print ads, posters, outside advertising. Project management.• Interpretation of client’s communication strategy and conceptualization of marketing campaigns, working together with the clients and the production team on creation of these companies• Initiating, supporting and working on the ideas of all creative process participants.• Art-direction and analysis of the studio development perspective directions.• Training interns and undergraduate staff. Management of the education process and guidance of the employee career paths in conjunction with management and HR.

Im Allgemeinen sehen wir die Veranstaltung als einen mobilen Art-Space, der der Stärkung und Erweiterung des Netzwerkes für Kunstinitiativen und junger Kunst dient.Wir präsentieren Kunstinitiativen ihr Programm und ihre Künstler. Für die jungen Kunsttalente, die noch nicht zu großem Rum gekommen sind, gibt es nicht genug Plattformen, die sie unterstützen. Große Galerien und Künstlermessen sind nicht an Ihnen interessiert. Wir wollen einen Ort des Zusammentreffens bieten. Auf insgesamt 400 Quadratmetern läuft die Veranstaltung mit Ausstellung und Rahmenprogramm über den ganzen Tag.Als Unterstützer für die freie Kunstszene konnten wieder einige namhafte Künstler gewonnen werden. Wo im letzten Jahr bereits Peter Weibel, Lynn Hershman Leeson, Ernst Caramelle, Axel Heil, Freddy Paul Grunert, Karlheinz Bux und Sabine Funke, Michael Bielicky und Kamila B. Richter und Prof. Dr. R.
