Operational Finance, E-commerceDaily reconciliation of Credit Card Payments, dispute management processing,setting up payment routes, testing etc. Ensure that all types of incoming payments are processed and reconciled in an accurate and timely manner.Responsible for chargeback and Dispute resolution processes.Investigate and process exceptions. Contact financial institutions for standard queries and complex issues regarding implementation of new and old payment methods. Ensure that issues are logged and escalated (when necessary) as per problem management process.Monitor timely receipt of electronic payment advices from financial institutions; follow up and escalate issues whenever required.Maintain acquirer specific data; Assist colleagues with queries and training as required.      Involved in various internal projects regarding new products and payment methods from Worldpay.Setting up and perform accuracy checks on payment routes created by the team.Documenting the entire process, payment methods and incidents and providing training in the basis of this.Coach and train successor, aligning with department culture.Provide support to the team whenever necessary.
