Current- Assisted sales team sell Adyen's value proposition of being a fast growing Fintech payment provider by offering excellent technical advice and guiding merchants through smooth integration process till go-live- Grew business from existing client base by working closely with account management team and being the dedicated technical contact for high volume and big brand APAC merchants- Contributed further revenue by working together with sales support team to get on-board and manage higher margin (SME) merchants to ensure they get the same Adyen experience of speed, trust, and consultancy- Increased Adyen product offering by assisting partnerships team in reviewing technical competency of partners, sharing best technical practice with partners to improve their system, to ensure end customers have seamless end-to-end user experience- Constanty improving Adyen platform by being the important bridge between merchant's dev team and Adyen dev team, formulating solutions best for the merchant and the platform which at the same time can benefit all other merchants
