Current- Launched new primary care practice and navigation program to serve the Asian American community in New Jersey - Work with Asian community organization through health fairs and other collaborations to bring awareness and health education to the population - Build network of physicians and services in the SBMC network to serve growing Asian population- Internal Medicine Clinician - Primary care provider for Barnabas Health Medical Group in the Center for Asian Health - 2004- Received CDC grant for Hepatitis B awareness, screening and education in foreign-born community in Northern New Jersey and NYC - Provide education and screening events to the community - Provide linkage to care for hepatitis B patientshttp://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/Partners/CommunityBasedHepBProgs.htm- Directed hospital based Viral Hepatitis screening with linkage-to-care and primary care based Hep B and Hep C care and treatment.- Launched the SBMC Liver Center connecting service lines within hospital and to University Hospital liver transplant center.
