- Participating the design flow for Civil Status and Passport Department's Network Infrastructure for the whole country including cabling connections and management for the HQ and DR.- Installing and Administer more than 56 Physical Servers with windows server 2012 R2 and 2016 including: Hyper-V (VMs installation and management, live migration and Hyper-V Replica configuration), AD DS, DC Administration, DNS zones configuration, DHCP, FS, FSRM, PS, Failover Cluster (between every two physical servers for HA), and Group Policy.- Install, configure and administer Exchange Server 2013, Administer SCCM for manage deployment and security, also configuring SCOM and Splunk for system monitoring.- Checking and maintenance work for Connection Availability for both HQ and DR with the replication of Database (Oracle and SQL).- Doing the Backup for the hosts and VMs servers using CommVault as full and incremental backup with RAID technologies applied for both servers HDDs and Dell backup storages, also also configuring DELL EMC, MD and TL Storages.- Doing the installation and management for Fortigate 1500D, 60D and 70D firewalls including load balance mode (Active/Active) for HA, VPN for both (client to site and site ot site), SDWAN configuration for specific applications, Backup and restore, monitoring and reporting the issues occurred and managing the whole policies as project's needs, and configuring FotriADC Load Balancer for web applications.- Doing the installation and management for Kaspersky Security Center Server with multiple methods for agent installation on the servers and end users devices, monitoring and reporting the issues occurred and managing the whole policies as project's needs.

- Doing the full installation for Joint's Network including cabling connections, devices configuration like routers, switches, APs and repeaters, Rack management.- Installing and Managing multiple windows servers 2012 R2 and 2016 with Hyper-V environment: (3 Datacenter hosts) with (6 Standard VMs) including AD DS, DC, DNS, DHCP, FS, FSRM, Failover Cluster and Group Policy.- Doing the Backup for the hosts and VMs servers using Veeam and Net Backup as full and incremental backup with RAID technologies applied for both servers HDDs and Synology backup storages HDDs, also use the DLO for end users shared folder backup.- Doing the installation and management for Fortigate 80E firewall including load balance mode, VPN client to site connection using FortiClient, monitoring and reporting the issues occurred and managing the whole policies as company's needs.- Doing the installation and management for Kaspersky Security Center Server with multiple methods for agent installation on the servers and end users devices, monitoring and reporting the issues occurred and managing the whole policies as company's needs.- Doing the full migration for company's emails from web hosting emails (POP3, IMAP) to office 365 cloud, and managing the whole users and groups from the control panel of admin side.- Doing the daily Support: maintenance, Implementation and troubleshooting for machines, PCs, printers and any network device.- Configuring HIK VISION NVR for the whole cameras inside and outside the factory with the ability to access the cameras anywhere using IP/Domain connection with public static IP.- Document the required reports for the company's needs such as systems monitoring, user's daily check, devices details and new devices offers.- Contracting with multiple companies with the full understanding of the buying process including RFP, PO, etc.
