Smart Connect Application:- Led the deployment of the Smart Connect application, a customer communication and management application, in the internal AWS cloud. The application enhanced communication between customers and their relationship manager and streamlined the internal management process.- Served as the primary POC, facilitating seamless integration between vendors, the internal cloud and the Business teams.- Managed the technical implementation process from end to end, including infrastructure provisioning, proactive issues resolution and testing. Ensured timely and successful application rollout.- Key features of the application:i. A single mobile number for customers and sales representatives to connect.ii. Branch Visit Report: Portal- Designed and developed a web portal to streamline the time-consuming and error-prone branch visit reporting process for Cluster Managers.
