Lead the Design team at Luxus India for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. All projects in this region were handled by my team under my guidance. Team of 10 Design Associates and 10 Junior Design Associates. My main role at Luxus was to Monitor the entire Design team including client relationship. I also handled key projects directly. One of my major roles in this organisation involved keeping a check on the leads and sales as well.
