• Testing of Cheese, Paneer, Butter, Butter milk and ghee processing section and packaging unit and supervised production of different dairy products such as butter oil, processed milk, Yoghurt, Ice cream, UHT milk, powder, flavored milk, traditional Indian dairy products.• Production line verification to produce quality product including checking of best before date for raw material and finished goods, labelling, weight etc.• Working closely with audit teams for ISO 22000 and HACCP• Sensory evaluation of different dairy products.• Involvement in developing SAP systems including preparing BOM and identifying different raw materials, packaging materials, by products, semi-finished goods and finished goods.• Involved in pre- sanitation and pre-production of plants including ATP swabs, and line study.• Experienced in record keeping including logbooks and reports refers to ISO and HACCP• Operation of laboratory equipment such as oven, fat tester, protein analyzer, weight scales, pH meter etc.• Training of people in terms of GMP, GHP, HACCP, SOP, MSDS
