I am deeply passionate about the human condition and how interdisciplinary solutions can drive sustained transformations. Over the past decade, my work in the APAC region includes being a curriculum design consultant at McKinsey's Social Initiative: Generation, a non-profit that seeks to connect education to sustainable livelihoods, formerly teaching History and English Literature as Subject Head (Acting) and Assistant Year Head at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Today, with the Bettr team of dedicated change-makers, we collectively drive social initiatives through the Bettr Group, a social enterprise dedicated to changing lives through coffee. & serving as a Board Secretariat on Bettr Lives, a non-profit dedicated to empowering individuals, communities and organisations through the capacity-building social-emotional skills in order for people to lead meaningful & purposeful lives. In my free time, I’m an avid diver passionate about marine conservation.
