The scope of the transformation projects I lead include Performance Improvements in business processes, implementation of Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB), and Turnaround processes (including the possibility to act as interim executive of financial processes). Among my clients as well as national and multinational companies, traded or closed capital, I have investors (Private Equity funds and / or others institutional or private investors) and financial institutions with special interest in companies.

In 2012 earned approximately R$ 1 Billion, possessing extensive distribution capability through company stores, franchises, multi-brand retailers and e-commerce.I was responsible for the restructuration of all of the processes on cash management (accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury) of Cia das Marcas, and also participated on debt and cash flow restructuring.I was also responsible for the transfer project of financial area activities from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo, leading the start up of the Inbrands' Shared Services Center.

Andarella is a traditional retail fashion company in Rio de Janeiro (founded in 1977), focused in footwear, bags and female accessories, present in almost all the national territory through owned and franchised stores.Performed the mapping of the finance processes, aimed at increasing operational efficiency, providing the basis for the financial area restructuring. The scope includes Cash Management processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury) and internal controls.

Leader in Rio on retail sales in the segments of Housewares, Tools, HVAC and Appliances, with approximately 3,000 employees and 72 stores in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Casa & Video RJ SA was created in 01/09/2009 after the approval of the judicial recovery plan of the former Casa & Video. Already reached sales estimated at more than R$ 1.5 Billion, surpassing all premises of judicial recovery plan, the copany is now solid and healthy.I worked on the financial restructuration after judicial recovery process, and I've been responsible for financial area (treasury, accounts payable & accounts receivable). Beyond the structuration of the area was above my responsabilities: cash flow, investments, funding operations (loans and financing, debentures, leasing and finance), reconciliation of credit card and debit card, bank reconciliation, relationship with banks, CIT, structuring transactions with suppliers, etc.Among the funding operations, I was part of the team the process of issuing debentures subscribed by the bank BTG Pactual, in the amount of R$ 40 million, which was a key part of the financial restructuring process of judicial recovery plan.

Due to my experience and knowledge of the Globex S.A. (Ponto Frio) operations, I was invited to be part of the team that accompanied the due diligence of the company's acquisition by Grupo Pão de Açúcar.This period also accumulated transient management of the following activities: investments (CBD, bonds and funds), funding operations and short-term financing (purchase / sale, leasing and guarantees), including some operations going on with the BNDES, closing store cashiers, CIT (Brazil), bank reconciliations, credit card and debit card, billing and collection of ancillary revenue (money), relationship with banks, insurance and operation of the consortium.
