Over the course of a substantial career in the insurance sector, I have developed a professional practice which extends from leadership of whole business units to commercial strategy and business development in highly-regulated and mission-critical environments. I have built high performing business units to expand support services to become nation-wide functions providing a range of workers compensation and adjacent segments. This is in addition to leading transformation programs incorporating both geographical spread and product diversification.My success is based on my ability to maintain agility and respond to emerging opportunities so that when state and federal regulatory bodies change legislative requirements, I am able to build, deploy and deliver solutions that save our clients in premium spend. As well as maintaining current knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment, I have worked hard to build and mentor teams to be client focused, proactive, responsive and seen as strategic partners to our many blue-chip national corporate clients.
