My work life started as a creative designer and art director working for many well known brands within small and large creative agencies in Sydney, London and Newcastle. After 15 years I took the leap and started my own design business which I managed for over ten years. This enabled the development of skills encompassing design and art direction, project management, account management and strategic thinking to help deliver results to clients in a range of industries - from FMCG to B2B and everything in between.More recently I have been engaged as Marketing Manager (Brand and Content) with Heffron SMSF which has seen my attention turn from working with and building multiple brands, to focusing on just one. I was initially employed to help rebrand the business, since then I have been creating content to build awareness, drive engagement and maintain consistent growth year on year. I have been heavily involved in the development of all internal and external communication materials including full campaign management through a variety of earnt, owned, paid and shared channels - this has included the development, art direction and copywriting of all communications, a full website redesign, working with developers on new apps and technologies, email marketing, social media communications (Linked In, Twitter and Facebook), Google AdWords, Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, keywords/SEO optimisation. I’ve also been involved in setup and management of face to face and virtual events. My role includes the creation of take to market plans for all product groups and the targeting of audiences through persona work and various campaign strategies including tailoring tactics to suit.Most recently I have played an integral role in bringing onboard HubSpot CMS, Marketing and Sales Hubs to Heffron.
