Responsible for approximately 20 highly educated and skilled policy and project staff at the Municipality of Papendrecht, who link (strategic) policy issues to concrete implementation of projects and to social themes. My department consists of a team of specialists in the field of economy, traffic, environment, sustainability and housing and a team of specialists in the field of land affairs, development and real estate. I have a link function between the board and my teams so that expectations and realization are in line. In consultation with management and board, I set priorities where necessary and discuss tasks, capacity and formation with them. I keep long-term goals in mind. In addition, I am financially responsible for my departmental budget.

End responsible for three customer support teams (approx. 50 FTE) in which we aim for excellent customer experience in processing the customer requests via the 4 active banking labels within De Volksbank (BLG, SNS, Regiobank and ASN). This is done in a Lean way of working in which we aim for the optimal balance of customer and employee satisfaction, speed, efficiency and quality of our services. The organization is transitioning to Agile mindset and autonomous teams in which I have guided my teams.

Regio Zuid West

Implementing the philosophy 'Agile' and coaching, mentoring and training multidisciplinary business teams and management in the transformation to Agile working. Responsible for recruitment and selection of financial advisors within the region.

Rotterdam Zuid

As Regional Branch Manager end responsible for all customer services at the offices within the region Rotterdam. Direct and indirect management of integral advisory teams (approx. 45 fte) with different kind of financial expertises over multiple locations. Responsible for implementing the 'agile way of working' within the region and applying 'agile leadership' to support the teams to grow to a higher level (high performing teams).

Gouda / Schoonhoven / Leerdam

As Cluster Branch Manager end responsible for all customer services at the offices within the cluster Gouda (and sub offices in Schoonhoven and Leerdam). Direct and indirect management of integral advisory teams (approx. 25 fte) with different kind of financial expertise over multiple locations. Responsible for local marketing and representative of ING in the market and organizing network meetings.

Diverse Locaties

As Branch Manager end responsible for various ING branche offices managing multiple commercial teams of financial advisors (approx. 10 fte per branch) over multiple locations. Inspiring and proactive coaching of the financial advisors to achieve commercial sales goals (sales training, sales conversation skills etc..).

Broad advice to banking relations about banking and insurance products including mortgages for consumers and small enterprise customers.
