About Suzanne Johnston

As a Program Coordinator it's my job to make sense of the chaos and help individuals and teams meet their goals. From working with students one-on-one to managing teams of instructors and staff to meet state, university, and department goals/milestones, I love ensuring that the process runs smoothly and stakeholders get the results they seek. As a linguist and World Languages teacher and researcher, I hold a particular place in my heart for language learners of all backgrounds. This led me to becoming the Director of and English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Institute. There, we empower teachers with the tools they need to work with English Language Learners (ELLs) in their classrooms. My experience can be summarized as:- program management (5 years' experience)- project management (10+ years' experience)- experimental design (10+ years' experience)- instructional design (10+ years' experience)- data analytics (10+ years' experience)- curriculum design (10+ years' experience)I'm an avid lifetime learner and always looking for new and exciting projects to launch! Let's connect and chat!
