This involves:- Responsible for managing whole units of work in Masters of Education courses- Supervising and support of up to 10 eLearning Advisors per trimester- Support and management of up to 500 students per trimester- Supporting student learning using web 2.0 technologies including Blackboard and Live Collaborate- Facilitation and moderation of online groups- Initiating, encouraging and monitoring participation and collaboration amongst students- Provision of general academic support and assistance- Providing feedback and evaluation of performance and assessment- Overseeing administration of results, grades, plagiarism monitoring and assessment

• Responsible for leading, planning and facilitating a train the trainer model to build the skills, knowledge and capabilities of coaches to enable them to support schools in preparing for the implementation of a state wide enterprise technological system• Responsible for coordinating a leaders program for education officers that assists them and the schools they work in to be prepared for the implementation of an enterprise system wide change• Develop and facilitate professional development programs for primary and secondary schools that focus on transforming teaching and learning through personalised learning, collaboration and active partnerships with parents.• Assist primary and secondary schools in the development and implementation of national and state initiatives involving the integration of ICT into the curriculum.• Assist primary and secondary schools in effectively implementing and using online systems and resources to support classroom practice.• Develop and facilitate professional development programs for effective integration of eLearning into the curriculum. • Facilitate the development of online ICT curriculum resources for primary schools
