I'm an experienced Brand and Marketing leader with over 20 years international experience in B2C and B2B integrated and brand marketing. I have knowledge across a diverse range of industries, working with brands such as Vodafone global & UK, Sony, Ladbrokes, Lotterywest, WelleCo, REIWA and RAC to name but a few. Most recently I've learnt how to pirouette and jeté my way through life as the Head of Marketing & Communications for West Australian Ballet and have recently been sucked into the vortex of Web3, blockchain and the metaverse.Experienced in Executive and team leadership, I love developing, mentoring and motivating teams of marketing and co-ordination staff. I lead in all aspects of ATL and BTL marketing, digital, social, mobile, PR, event and merchandising initiatives. I'm well versed in C-Suite, Board and key stakeholder management, along with nurturing positive outcomes from complex commercial and operational environments. I am also a proud champion of powerful creativity within marketing, recognising the immense value in how it can build powerful brands as well as drive revenue. Most recently I accepted the award for Campaign Brief's 2022 Advertiser of the Year on behalf of West Australian Ballet and was a finalist for Marketing Executive of the Year. During my tenure, WAB experienced year on year record growth in Box Office revenue and full houses; and was regularly praised for the quality and breadth of branding and marketing, winning multiple awards and kudos from patrons and industry peers alike.
