Creating programming and developing partnerships to support our sober, active community!

• Communicate and build strong relationships with property management companies, investors, lenders, housing authorities, nonprofit partners and other internal and external stake holders• Responsible for planning and executing ground-breaking events and ribbon-cutting ceremonies for new developments• Travel regularly to properties and communities to maintain a clear and consistent message of support and partnership• Assist with the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly property financial reports• Collaborate with management company to develop annual budget and cash flow goals

• Advised approximately 200 students in the Human Development & Family Science (HDFS) major• Taught the Orientation to HDFS course to approximately 50 students each semester • Initiated the HDFS Peer Mentoring program and supervised 4 peer mentors• Coordinated internship and practicum experiences for approximately 25 students each semester, helping students connect with campus and community service opportunities• Served as the Co-Chair for the University Advising Forum, partnering with campus offices and programs to facilitate effective communication in order to best serve students and support their success

• Oversaw campus-wide Early Alert program, to include receiving and tracking referrals, outreach to students, faculty and advisors, and one-on-one academic intervention and support• Organized Academic Success Workshop series and presented 2-3 workshops each semester• Designed and implemented Probation Recovery program to support the success and retention of students • Instrumental role facilitating weekly Student Success committee meetings

• Managed tutor program, to include hiring, scheduling and training of 20 peer and professional tutors• Coordinated Academic and Social Success Program for more than 40 students conditionally accepted to the university• Developed curriculum for and taught two three-hour credit courses of Study Strategies during both fall and spring semesters• Provided academic support and guidance to approximately 80 students• Completed fall academic schedules for 300+ incoming freshmen• Conceived of and implemented the Student Athlete Academic Success program, creating partnerships across campus to support student-athletes
