Alongside all the regular movies that are playing in Rialto, there is a broad selection of Special programs and Festivals housed in the theatre. I do the coordination and production for those programs and festivals. Also i am in charge of the educational programs and program the children's movies at the cinema.

Coordinating and conducting creative workshops for children and youth in Amsterdam-West. In charge of producing talent show ‘Best of the West’, a big event in cooperation with the city Counsel.

Production Leader for Project R.U.A. (Reflexo on Urban Art). With this project we realized 10 huge murals painted by 10 Brazilian graffiti artist in the city of Amsterdam. I coordinated the events surrounding the project, as well as the realization of the murals.

In charge of the planning, the implementation, the monitoring and evaluating of this project, which is a collaboration of Both ENDS, Baobabconnections and EMG. It also involved me to coach young, artistic community leaders in Project Management and to write a manual about this project.

In charge of communication with all our online members, and coordinator of conferences and other offline projects of Baobabconnections. Within this capacity i have also been working on the realization of a hip hop museum in Cape Town with various upcoming artists and other stakeholders.

In charge of the office, the administration, the website and the coordination of all Diversity Joy projects.

Being capable of preparing and implementing Diverty Joy's Alternatives to Violence (AVP) courses in prisons, communities, and schools.

Setting up the organization YiP in South Africa while coordinating running projects and securing budget, proposals, year planning, PR and Human Resources. The job also entailed the organizing of events and presentations.
