Ever since my Bachelor's thesis I've been fascinated by Agile. In collaboration with Acando, I was able to identify 16 factors that help introduce agile methods in a company by reducing anxiety and resistance of the employees. The product of the thesis was a tool which would help identify which of these factors are already in place in a company, which could be introduced or further improved and how this can be achieved. Acando is currently in the process of positioning this tool in the company's Agile Coaching portfolio.

I was part of a newly formed department which focussed on aligning, standardizing and introducing processes and tools throughout the company to enable synergies and reduce redundancy. During my time at Telemotive I supported the structuring of this new department, the communication toward the employees and achieving first synergies between different parts of the company.

My Bachelor's thesis focused on the different methods of planning and tracking software development projects and if methods from traditional project management could be used to enhance these methods. The thesis compares usability, transferability and validity of the various methods and discusses how Telemotive as a company could implement them.

During my internship at Voith Turbo in Pennsylvania I was the connecting link between the customers in North America and the production site in Germany. I designed new tools for tracking ongoing projects, fixed any arising issues and promoted collaboration between customers and Voith.
